CONECTA consists of four major implementations: a Customer Relationship Management system; two management systems, one for inventories and another one for the work force; and the most ambitious of all, which has been called CONECTA Salud, includes the implementation of an Electronic Medical Record, a Hospital Management System and a management system for the Revenue Cycle.
